About The Owner

With a dream of small business ownership and a desire to help add happiness to the lives of others, Cloud 9 Balloon was created by Leslie Akulow in August 2002.  Since our opening, we have expanded from a balloon bouquet delivery business to a full service balloon decorating company!

From the simple beginning of creating balloon bouquet for special event for family and friends, Leslie has expanded her creative balloon decor elements to the spectacular and creatively unique balloon bouquets to fully decorating New Year's and Christmas parties, weddings, proms, showers, graduation ceremonies, grand openings, as well as many other special events with arches, centerpieces, canopies, columns, and sculptures!

Proprietor and balloon artist Leslie Akulow continues her education in the art of balloon decor by attending many balloon seminars as well as traveling to the International Balloon Convention every year!
